Couple's dream stay
The breakfast was cooked to perfection with not a trace of grease, Ian really made it special asking our preferences without hovering around. the room itself had a comfy bed and was spotless, my partner and I felt right at home.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for the quality we received.

Enjoying the stunning sea views while unwinding in the cozy chairs was just what we needed after a long day, but the bathroom was a bit tricky to access due to the sliding door being a tight fit. it was a fantastic getaway, and I highly recommend taking advantage of the free parking.

The Balmoral features beautifully decorated common areas that are accessible and comfortable for seniors. I particularly enjoyed the warm and inviting atmosphere, which made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived.
A few more handrails for seniors would help.

The warm welcome from the host set a positive tone for the stay, and the beautifully presented twin room was immaculately clean with every comfort considered, including a fan for warmth. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring delicious options like hot waffles and hearty full English, demonstrating the use of quality ingredients. The location provided a peaceful retreat while still being close to attractions, making it easy to explore the area.

Had a great getaway with friends! We explored the local beach and nearby amusement park. The place was clean, with free parking—a huge plus. Ian was super helpful. Recommended for groups looking for a fun stay!
Our room had a shower across the landing, which was a little inconvenient.

Balmoral's brekkie was pure bliss, with top-notch sausages and coffee that kept me buzzing! Ian, the legend, made us feel right at home, and the location's spot on—5 mins to the beach, can't fault it! The vibe was friendly and laid back, no rules to cramp our style.
Had a giggle with the shower pressure, but honestly, what's a little splash between mates? It didn't mess with our fun at all. just part of the charm!

Cozy stay with great breakfast
Just spent 3 nights here with my partner. The location is spot on, just a quick walk to the center! The place was super clean, and those beds were comfy. Breakfast? Oh man, so good, no grease and loads of options. The only downside was the bathroom size. it was pretty tiny. Overall a fab stay!

Comfortable double rooms with distinct decor. The bay window setup in some rooms offers a great spot for leisurely watching the world go by. The availability of free parking eases the stress of finding a spot.
The bathroom door in some rooms is awkward, requiring a sliding door due to space constraints with the bed. the shower pressure can be inconsistent during busy times, which might catch you off guard if you're looking for a strong flow.
